a sticky would be cool but lets keep the videos unique, the threads not a beatmaking thread they need to bring something unique to the table, please no ordinary beatmaking videos or whack rapper clips.

 

I agree with this, and beyond learning about some other folks' playing techniques, I don't see how any videos of people playing Maschne could be anything but dull to watch.

The most boring live show I ever saw was some guy playing his beat controllers on a card table set up on stage. And I was not alone in this; most of the bar was busy drinking and carrying on and nobody paid the guy any attention.

Now he was not using Maschine (this was long ago; way before Maschine came out), but it was about as exciting as watching somebody on stage working on an Excel spreadsheet. Even though he was in the throes of playing, it still seemed a bit overly dramatic and there were some comments to that effect.

I don't want to watch online videos of the same thing...at least the bar had good looking girls and drinks!

When the fella finally folded up his table and carted everything off the stage, a sexy young lady blues singer came on. She had everybody's rapt attention. And her trombone player was pretty good; if a little schizophrenic. At least it wasn't like watching somebody code Excel macros!
