Did you do a fresh installation of TSP? Or did you install TSP on top off TP? I would try a fresh install of TSP and start from the beginning.

You should still be able to use your RMX and X1, sounds like the software can't find the drivers for the RMX and X1. So try a fresh install of TSP. Make sure you save all the Traktor folders first before you you uninstall TSP so you don't lose your cue points and track list etc. etc. Worth a try anyway.

First thing you should do is save the traktor, Playlist and Beatport folders (just for the hell of it) in C:\Users\Administrator\Music and save the Native Instruments folder in Libraries\Documents. This is to make sure you don't lose you settings and track list etc.
(But in your case since you have a Mac I'm not sure where are all the folders are for you to save)

Just uninstall TSP and if you are still left with TP, uninstall that too. Delete all the folders that are left (if any. I'm not sure how OSX uninstalls software whether they completely delete the folders linked to the program unlike Windows that always leaves folders with some software I uninstall so I have to delete it manually).

Then re-install the TSP ed. ver. Which is probably a file that you downloaded when you bought the educational version. Or if you got a cd then just use that cd to re-install TSP.

Once you finish installation and everything works (RMX and X1 is recognized) replace the new folders with the old ones that you saved earlier. Hopefully that fixes your problem.

Shadow - thanks for everything but I figured it out, I had to re-install the drivers for the X1 and the RMX. Damn that was a doozy lol...
