K10U-Service Center Crash on Osx El Capitan

Hi, i read some post with the same problem but i don't found the answer that works for me yet.

I contact Support but no answer yet.

Any workaround for this problem?

-I tried online. (Service Center Crash)
-Offline. (Error authorization)
-Tried different version of service centers. (Same Problems)
-Delete files at hd/library/preferences and reinstall Service Center.
-Reboot the computer after delete files.
And keep crashing.
So i can't use my software because i can't activate anything!!!

Frustrating

 

Have you also already checked the OSX security settings?

Are there any specific error messages or error codes shown when SC crashes?

About the OS X Security settings you mean the firewall?

1-Online-Not error message at SC,just take a while to "authorize" after few minutes Crash and didn't authorize anything.
2-Offline-The error message appear after the "open activation return file" and i upload a screenshot about it.
3-I I will try that.
