K2.02 Automation incorrect K1.5 correct

Howdy all

I have a problem with automation control in K2 (latest 2.02).I loaded the instrument “plectrumbs” excuse spelling DAW at home -I’m at work.

I loaded a 4 pole LP filter into the instrument and played a simple tune and recorder opening the filter freq automation. I looped the part in SX 3.02, and then the problem occurred. Every time the part plays I see the filter freq control move as automated but I don’t HEAR it.

By this I mean that when the part gets to the first note , the filter knob in K2 is almost fully closes and opens slowly but I “hear” that the filter is fully open and closed very quickly when the first note is played and then responds, opening slowly, as per the recorded automation.

I thought – this is weird, to test this opened K1.5, opened the same instrument from the 1.5 library (under FM7 Dir) and inserted a 4 pole LP filter, copied the identical part to this track.

What I did then was pan K2 right and K1.5 left

What one should hear is the pluck with the LP filter slowly opening, (shown by the piano and automation roll)

What you get is shown in the second picture, the k1.5 opens smoothly and correctly but K2.2 seems to start fully open, catch up and then open slowly

(Note the two pictures are slightly offset in the time domain)

If I go and add a note a quarter bar before the fist not in the roll, this note then seems to play with the filter open, closing fast, and the subsequasnt automation is correct

Please help this is peeing me off - Have attached a pdf showing the piano roll and the left and right channel in the WAV, as well as an audio snippet
