Keeping up with new music

hey guys.. I been spinning a long time but its kind of hard to keep up with the new music thats out.. it seems like every week a new song comes out that everyone loves to hear... I spin mostly top 40 mainstream and hip hop. I use franchise record pool.. and check the promo only tracks.. but some times they have the same songs posted up every month..and all these record pools have pretty much the same things... I was just wondering do you guys go to a site with a list of new hot tracks out right now?.. thanks.
