Kinetic Treats not showing in NA

    Hello!

    I just can’t get Kinetic Treats to show in Native Access and therefore not able to install it.. I have added the serial and get “Thank you For Registering” message but Kinetic Metal does not appear in “Not Installed” products. Maybe someone here know what the problem is?

    Hi!
    I have the same problem. I tried with multiple serials and reinstalling Access, but still not working even after 2 days. This Native Access is complete garbage.

    Mine shows up in Service Center and NA, and works fine. I am using Kontakt 5.65 and the Service Center is 2.6.0.137 and it shows in NA ver 1.0.25 (R37).

    I see it here. Did you guys try hitting refresh (by the NI logo up top) or maybe closing it and then reopening native access?

    I have the same specs, everything updated as told, but nothing. And yes, I tried everything.

    Do you see it in Kontakt standalone showing up?

    Same here. Tried everything too and no Kinetic Treats.. Can't find it in both Native Access and Service Center.
    I have refreshed, restarted but no Luck..

    Tried a new serial but no luck.. I can see that I now have two Kinetic Treats serials in My Account on native website, But it is not available in NA or service center.

    The first time I pasted my serial number into NA, Kinetic Treats didn't become available for download.

    I immediately returned to the activation page and pasted the serial number in again and Kindred Treats became available to download.

    I'm not sure if this helpful, but maybe try repasting your serial immediately after an initial unsuccessful attempt.

    Tried it but did not work for me. What worries me is that I plan on buying more NI instruments, but what if this happens again and I am not able to install them?
    I really would love to check out Kinetic Treats since it has the kind of sounds I enjoy playing With, but right now it seems impossible since I just can't install it..

    Did you already update Kontakt or Kontakt Player (depending on what you have) to the latest version, just in case?
    Did you already try to reinstall Native Access? https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/

    Hi and thanks for your advices. I got the latest full Version of Kontakt and reinstalled NA, but no luck.

    Does KT absolutely need the latest version of Kontakt? Or can I get by with K5.5.2?

    Thanks - looks like I'll be skipping this.

    But I have to ask - has anybody tried it in K5.5.2?

    No, because it does not open in 5.5.2. The NKI version is 5.6.5, it will not work even in 5.6.1. You know, it's kind of a definition of "it absolutely needs 5.6.5".

    What about us who got the latest Kontakt but are not able to install Kinetic Treats at all.. Any solution for this problem?

    I have the same issue here. And I tried everything. And NI support has not been useful so far.
    What is the size of the download please?

    Hi all,
    I got the answer from NI support today: it is a known bug in Native Access.o_O
    If the name of your account (I am on Windows 10) contains a special character like an accent and so on,
    this will trigger that bug in Native Access. I had a "é" in my account name (...)
    The solution:
    1. Use another account on the same PC (with admin rights and no special character within the name). Create that new account if necessary. Log in there. (remark: it is good anyway to have a secondary account for testing purposes)
    2. Launch Native Access
    3. You should see Kinetic Treats there, now. I also saw various updates that I didn't see previously.
    4. Log off that acccount
    5. Log in your main account
    6. Launch Native Access: now you should see Kinetic Treats. You can download it.

    Voila.:) ... or wait for the next update of Native Access...
