    It seems like you dont know what you do otherwise you would try it and you're really not thankful when somebody who repaired his problem by himself helps you what you actually couldnt get done...And if you'd like to play frustrated kid, to whom nobody will help except tech support, then stay where you are and wait and wait;)...

    Seems like you don't know that I've did things like manual uninstall Komplete Ultimate or KK for many times before.

    I have same QAQ!I have tried any way I can do and think of it! But it does not work!After buying the MIDI keyboard, load the tone so much trouble! I really want to sell it!This question has been troubled me for a month!So far there is not a solution!
