Implemented KK-S MK2's Ideas View Menu on MK3/Studio

    Self-explanatory. Have an Ideas View page on all Hi-Res display controllers like the one present in the new KK-Series MK2 Keyboards, where 8 scenes are visible and we can select patterns by rotating the knobs and scenes by clicking the upper buttons.

    I would like it, the only problem is how exactly it would integreat cause you need also the copy/delete/move/.... scenes stuff maybe with shift if you are already in that view? Or on studio just use the dedicated buttons and the wheel?

    BUT there is more important stuff to do i think - i could also live without that to be honest - so for me a nice to have thing - but maybe if it's there I would use it more then I thought? Mhhh I am really kind of devided about that.

    Simple, we take the same principle as on the komplete kontrol. To know :
    Shift + button4: duplicate (Inserts a copy of the selected Scene)
    Shift + button5: insert (Inserts an empty Scene.)
    Shift + button6: delete (Deletes the selected Scene)
    Shift + button8: retrigger (If enabled, the next one will be forced to play from the start)

    It is also possible to use the rotary knob 4d for certain tasks.
