Komplete 10 Downloader: Download Failed

I bought Komplete 10 (Download version) earlier this week, and I'm having trouble installing the Kontakt Factory Library. I ran the downloader and checked all the packages. The Kontakt Factory Library got all the way up to 21-22gb out of 23gb, but then I got a "Download Error" and the downloader proceeded to another package. I clicked the retry button, and the downloader eventually tries to resume after it finishes downloading another package, but it always fails on the Kontakt Factory Library. It shows "starting download" for a few minutes, and then shows "download error", with a retry button.

I've also tried closing the downloader and reopening it, but I get the same thing: On Kontakt Factory Library, it says "starting download", before showing "download error", and proceeding to the other downloads on queue.

Is there any way to fix this without having to redownload the whole thing? The internet in my country is kind of slow (1mbps with a data cap), so restarting a 23gb download isn't a very appealing option. Failing that, is there someway to download the necessary files directly through a more reliable download manager instead of this unreliable Komplete Downloader?

Is the problem only with Kontakt Factory Library?
Have you already tried to download the other Kontakt libraries first? Or tried downloading one library at a time?

Yeah I managed to install everything else I've tried so far, with a few occasional errors. The downloader would pop a "download failed" status every now and then, and would occasionally get stuck and have to be restarted to continue. In the case of the other libraries, it was able to resume the downloads with no problems.

I tried downloading the Kontakt Factory Library by itself in the downloader. Same issue: It says "starting download", then a few minutes later it pops the "download failed" status.

I'm still waiting for a response to my support ticket, but in the mean time I'm trying to follow the instructions I saw in one of their knowledge base articles to download the .ISO. Hopefully that works.

Hey Alexis, I bought Komplete 10 download version too, and I have the same problem. What was the solution they gave you with support ticket? Where did you find the ISO?
