Komplete 10 missing VSTi's ?

    Hi,

    Few days ago I upgrade to Komplete 10. I'v download and install all software (it took about 15 hours!). Ok, everythings seems ok. But then I realise that there is less instruments then I saw in Native Instruments Komplete 10 page. I have not Monark, Polyplex, Rounds, Kontour, Reflektor, Rammfire, The Finger.
    I install Koplete Kontrol and there are all Komplete 10 instruments. But I can's load anything. It says: "Could'n load plugin" every time, every instrument. Kontakt 5 loading its instruments ok, Battery 4 ok.

    I'v try instructions from that page and nothing happend.
