Komplete 10 Ultimate Crossgrade Issue! HELP

    Can someone please help? I have contacted NI numerous times this past week, contacted them via Facebook and everything else I could.
    no response as of yet.

    Every time I try to activate my Komplete 10 Ultimate crossgrade, Service centre freezes and then crashes.

    Any advice?

    Which operating system are you using?

    If you haven't already reboot your computer or try to download and reinstall Service Center from here:
    http://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/

    Otherwise try to do an offline activation (using the same computer):
    http://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/knowledge-base/show/559/how-to-activate-a-native-instruments-product-on-an-offline-computer/

    I have rebooted many times, and re-installed latest Service Centre etc.

    I will try the offline activation.

    So with the offline activation, it says all products are activated. Yet ServiceCentre is still not liking them :(

    Soooo tired of this now.
