Komplete 10 Ultimate hdd data error (cycle redundancy check)

    So I have the external hdd that it came on already installed on my main cpu, however I am trying to install Komplete on a secondary Laptop. I cannot open the hdd to get to the installer files on the Laptop. When I put the hdd on my main cpu it recognizes the hdd(same with Laptop) However I cannot open on either cpu. Is there another place to download the installer or what are my options? I emailed support about a month ago, no reply. Am I screwed or do I have any options?
