Komplete 13 Free Update

Matt, I've ordered K12U CE Upgrade, but I am not sure, if I get it before October 1st. Will I be eligible for free update to K13U CE, if I register it on Oct 1st or maybe 2nd? I might manage it till end of September, if things go well.

From what you wrote I would guess - not. :-(

Or is it that if I register it in September, the update is automatic. While if I buy in September, but register in October, I have to somehow ask for update to K13?

Hi guys, when will the grace period upgrades be sent out? I purchased my upgrade to Komplete 12 a couple of weeks ago (in September),
and confirmed with the customer service that it's eligible for the grace period upgrade.

I purchased K13 today and I haven't received a key as yet. Others are claiming they have received theirs. I guess they are still processing the keys?

Yes it takes a bit of time to process everything but it's happening right now for Pre-order. Please note that the grace period licenses might take a bit more time and can take up to 48h to be available in your account.

I'm pretty sure it will be there by tomorrow latest. You should get an email as soon as it hits your account.

I read about the September Grace period, bought a Maschine Mk3 in September, Does this apply to Komplete Select to update from 12 to 13?

 

Still waiting... Only received a Newsletter on buying an update to 13.

 

They stated that every License that was registered in September gets the free update. So it should apply to your Komplete 12 Select as long you have already registered the Serial.

 

Nothing as of yet! No rush, just thought I'd let you know
