Komplete 13 Free Update

I upgraded the Maschine Micro Mk 3 package to Komplete Select after checking I would get the Komplete 13 update but I am still waiting.

 

I wrote a Ticket 20 Minutes ago and received the License now in my Account.

Hi. Can anyone over at NI answer this question please. I am updating from Komplete Ultimate 11 to Komplete Ultimate 13. Before I purchase Ultimate 13, I want to know will I get all of the instruments in Ultimate 13 and not just the "new instruments" in Ultimate 13?

I upgraded from Ultimate 10 to Ultimate 11 a few years back and I believe that I didn't receive all of the instruments in Ultimate 11. This was the reason why I didn't bother with buying Ultimate 12.

I made a note of just some of the instruments that are not listed as "new instruments" in Ultimate 13 but are a part of Ultimate 13. These instruments are; Reaktor Prism, Reaktor Spark, Sessions Horns Pro, Scarbee Clavinet Pianet, Scarbee A200, Cloud Supply, Lofi Glow. I don't have these instruments in 11 and I want to be sure that I get these instruments along with the other instruments in Ultimate 13 should I choose to upgrade.

Can someone help me please?! Would like to purchase today.

Yes, you will get all instruments in K13U.
I have updated from K10U to K13U CE and no problém.
There is just one thing. If you are on Win and still use Win7, Super 8 will not show in Native Access. But it is possible to install it and use it.
And if you are on Mac and have M1, Massive X will not be usable, untill NI manages run it on M1 chip.

Hi thanks! I used the chat feature with the bot and that wasn't helpful at all. I didn't send a a ticket though. Someone said they made the upgrade from Komplete Ultimate 10 to Komplete Ultimate 13 and they got all of the instruments. I am going to take my chances. Thanks again!

 

Should be no problém. I have upgraded/updated many times and always got all products.
