    Hello,
    As far as I know the serial number is included in the package after buying KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Product Box.
    My question is : What happens if the delivery never arrives at its destination and gets lost?
    Would I have the possibility to receive the same serial number from the customer support or would I lose the entire rights to all these plugins?

    Well, if it gets lost, they have to send new one. I guess no-one knows what product key was in the lost box.

    What I did, when I needed product code fast is, I asked to open the box and send me a photograph of licence card by email.

    I got an answer from the customer support. It was the following :
    If the HDD does not arrive, we will send you a replacement and lock the original serial-number.
