Komplete 2 & 3 Authorization Problems

    If you get this message:

    "The file you selected was not an authorization key file..."

    That's because the new authorization process using the Service Center has a serious bug in it! It makes keyfiles for Komplete 2 and Komplete 3 that don't work. Here's how to fix them:

    Open the keyfile in question in a text editor. Remove the "com.nativeinstruments.plist" text from all "Product Value" entries, so that the text has the product name only. Save the keyfile again. It will work now!
