komplete 5 cubase , konnekt problem, need help

Hi, it seems I got serious problem in my home studio, I ve tried to get help from other users, distributors... - nothing - noone can understand how my situation is possible...( only NI support tried give me an advise and I am waiting for next now) may be You can help here I would rather not about boring You by long history, but I think that to know about every detail is important for everyone who can help

1 what i got before the problem:​

PC Pentium IV 2.8 GHz, 2 GB ram, ASUS P5GD1 - VM, Windows XP pro, I used TC Electronic Konnekt 24d sound card ( firewire on TI chipset), Cubase 4.5.2
and Komplete 5 . it worked good - I could run about 120 stereo tracks 24 bit/ 44.1 kHz with a lot of plugins on my machine. I did a lot of songs on it.

2. how it began:​

but one day TC electronic failed - I think something happen with clock, anyway now this Card is at TC repairing in Denmark, I had to work in mean time so I ve bought similar card - TC electronic konnekt live
- it works perfect
but next week after change something happed with my Hard disc - I could not read my old big sessions - it started "hanging" while playing with 80 tracks!
so
I ve bought new Hard disk.. unfortunatelly my ASUS P5gd1 got Sata1 and new disc SATA2 so everything works good but the audio I even can not play mp3
ok I ve fromated old disk ( no bad sectors!)
I ve re installed Windows XP, and all the programs
so there is the piont where real problems started to appear

additional info​

even on my old configuration I could not use TC electronic newest drivers TCNear_210_3555 , Cubase did not even start with it, so I used previous TCNear_201_1360_105. with new configuration everything was ok until I 've installed Komplete 5 with all upgrades and updates.

3. what I got now:​

first time problem was with electric piano - cubase could not read it and the instrument was not playing any sound in stand alone, but few hours later Ive seen a situation which I can not handle until today.
the problem is :

Cubase can not initialize .dll files of Instruments from komplete 5 ​

( with exception Absynth 4.dll and FX.dll files from NI))
and there is no matter if

a) I use drag and drop these files manually to c/programm files/ steinberg/ VSTPlugins or create additional direction or use it under Cubase 4 - Cubase crashes while starting program being initializing VST2 × ...anything from NI.... .dll

b) I gather .dll files from NI in separate folder and start cubase without them, after start I use Device/plugin information/ update path, but Cubase's behavior is the same after clicking on "update" as in a) case has described above

4. I ve tried to work without NI - my client was waiting for arrangements because of serious festival competition.
everything seemed normal but after several minutes Cubase "hanged" and, what is most important it has not saved my work (I save the project changes after every action).

I ve changed SP 3 back to SP2 - nothing happens....
I ve changed TC near drivers to older - Cubase works normally - point 4. has solved
but main point (3.) still exist
I ve reinstalled Cubase and NI several times and nothing

what else could I do?
