Komplete 7 Help with installation Disk ERROR

    Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me out I just brought Komplete 7 and when I insert the disk into my MACBOOKPRO Version 10.6.7 i get an error message "Error reading disk" it gives me the option to ignore or eject. Now I called the company numerous times and they sent me replacement disks and the same error is accuring. It is so hard to reach this company on phone the hours when open I call and get the answering machine to call back during the hours. I have downloaded the installer patch but the problem is when it says to click with the folder or disk where the application is I cant because my laptop doesnt read it.

    Have you tried reading that disk on any other computer? I recently tried to load an older program from a CD on my new laptop and it couldn't read it without errors. Finally I took it to a desktop in another room and it read it fine. I ended copying it to a network drive and then to the laptop.

    I have the same issue. One of my install disks does not work. I get am error saying that there are no files on the disk. The disk will not read in any of my CD drives. :(
