    No, I didn't try that, but I did go buy a powered USB hub to see if that would help. Didn't work, sadly. I am sending it in. Not looking forward to tacking on another wait to dive into Komplete!

    I also had the cheap drive with a sticker on but at least I had the right usb cable with it...
