Komplete Audio 6 Activation and Registration Issue

    the serial code printed on the sticker underneath my audio 6 soundcard apparently is invalid when i enter it in on the activation and registration page for hardware, i have tried it several times and made sure i wasnt putting it in wrong just in case i was but no the serial code i was provided by NI was invalid. I would greatly appreciate it if NI or a user on the forum could direct me to the answer or if NI could issue me a new serial number for my audio 6 soundcard. thanks

    Think this has been covered before - have a search around the forum - but I seem to remember an email to NI Support is required and they will register it for you. Didn't work for me but hey ho...
