Komplete Audio 6 - Cable Lock how to get it off

    Hi,

    wow that cable lock is tight.. i do not dare to pull the cable more..
    need to try another cable but I dont get it off.

    Is it pure force that makes it come off or is there a trick?

    Hi,

    if you mean the USB cable:

    1) If you try pulling it out straight, then you need enough force.
    2) Wiggle the cable a little bit from left to right and back WHILE pulling it out -> this should be the easier way with less force needed.

    In both cases hold the USB cable as close by the USB port of the KA6 as possible while pulling.

    Yip, it´s wiggling it a bit. I assume it´s a security issue - so that it doesn´t fall out during massive sets. I like it!
