Komplete Audio 6 - Output 1 quieter than output 2

I've got a problem with my Komplete Audio 6:

When I playback anything from output 1/2 in Reaper, Protools or anything from my PC, channel 1 is much quieter than channel 2.

I've tested this with a sine wave across each platform, equal loudness. I've panned, I've changed out cables, swapped cables within the monitors and no matter the orientation, balance, stereo or mono'd, channel 1 output is MUCH quieter than output 2. I bought the unit new less than 3 months ago, brand new. Not too sure why I didn't notice it before, perhaps it wasn't a problem.

Is this most likely a hardware thing or is there perhaps a known issue that can be corrected? In the Komplete Audio 6 control panel in the taskbar Ive even played with the balance. Same result, channel 1 (no matter which speaker or cable it is connected to) is more than 50% quieter than channel 2.

    I've got V3.1.0 firmware 45. Windows 7 64-bit.

    Thank you,

I guess you tested output 3/4 as well (and compared it to output 1/2) and tried a different USB cable and USB port?
According to your description it looks like a hardware issue.

If you haven't already, you can also contact NI support about it.

I've tried output 3/4, they're fine, and with a different USB cable/in a different port. I've still got the issue with channel 1. I've contacted support. Thanks

So... I sent technical support a message on December 6th. A week later, the LITERAL response was (and I copy and paste here) " Please send a short video displaying this issue."
That's it. That's absolutely it. I explained my issue in complete detail. What on earth is a video going to do? I've thought about this from pretty much every feasible angle. I can't come up with a single appropriate explanation as to why me sending a video from my iPhone is going to
    A) Help further explain my issue than I already have or
    B) Give them a clear indication of my problem considering it'll record a mono signal, even if I solo/pan one speaker to the next, the difference in quality is subtle enough that it may go unnoticed over a terrible compressed video.

There is a problem and they have expressed 0% interest in addressing it. Am I wrong??? I wouldn't even use a percentage because that implies a number. They are not interested in addressing my problem. But I have all of these wonderful free Christmas goodies that are effectively worthless because my Komplete Audio 6 is unreliable.
