Komplete back in stock, so when will orders be sent?

    I'm sure a few of you have this problem. I purchased Komplete 8 Crossgrade on the last day of the sale. It clearly said there was stock, though it was low. I was then sent an email saying "Due to high demand, shipping would not take place until mid August". Ok, I guess I can understand that. Now the website says they are in stock, but no one has contacted me about my order! I've contacted support but I won't hold my breath! So you are willing to sell more stock online NI, but you can't contact PAID CONSUMERS to advise on an item we've had to wait 3 weeks for when you said it was in stock in the first place! Not happy, particularly if shipping is delayed and I do not receive it until AFTER the end of September and miss out on my deserved extra goodies! Hopefully they're sent in the next few days... :S

    So now that it is back in stock and for sale on the Online store, they still cannot give me an estimated delivery date due to a large volume of backorders! So the Online store says: In Stock will ship in one to two business days, but there is a backlog? And the best information you can offer is "Sorry, can't give you a timeframe. Deal with it because we already have your money." Honestly if it is not sent by Friday this will be the last purchase I ever make from NI.
