Komplete Classics Activation

    Hello!
    I've buyed Komplete Classics and I've problem with activation and with updates:
    On Intel machine with Leopard I've installed all but only Pro.53 and B4 was succesfully activated
    The serial number on Akoustik Piano and Elektrik Piano was blank!
    I've searched the forum and the problem appear from about february 2008 and no still solution ?
    It seems that the support is not responding or not working in this period (as mentioned in the forum)
    I think I've payed the software and It must be activated now and not in "about some days...."
    This problem don't appear on my second Mac (PPC wirh Tiger)
    Another problem is that on both machine in the Service Center don't appear PRO.53 3.05 update but on the NI site this is available....
    Can somebody help me to activate my payed software ?

    I've solved by NOT RUNNING NEVER Service Center and Installing directly the 2.0.6 Version.
    But I'm sincerely surprised by the poor support that NI offer...
    I've opened a ticket also and no reply .....
    No words.............:(
