Well...two days, more or less; I submitted a ticket early in the evening on Dec. 2, got the email with the SNs on Dec. 4 around mid-afternoon.

    I just got mine

I submitted Sat Night. And got it monday morning.. the reply came from their USA office. I am reading that Komplete 5 is having issues too.

This might not be appropriate for this Forum. But I was working on ProTools LE. - I did the "trick" of clicking activate and not logging on to Web to use the Plug ins and right in the middle. My ProTools says it lost communication with the hardware. and it was repeating over and over - even after I relaunched application and rebooted. I thought it was related with plug ins not activated.

But.....I ran another session in Logic Pro. did the similar trick... and I was able to run it with no problem - with the DIgi Hardware.

I will activate it and see if this is related to that. But I do see some posting where PTLE & NI does not mix too good?

I've got the same problem - obviously a known problem for them, why can't they sort it out or at least include it as a known problem in the so-called FAQ?

No wonder so many people use pirate copies - it seems much easier to find and download a 'cracked' pirate copy which will work straight away rather than not being able to use the official products due to defects in their stupid copy protection system. Come on NI, sort this bloody mess out!

The Service Center will allow you to enter the serial numbers.

    Ni Authorizations

Reason why I ask is that I used both PC & Mac and PC Installs went well. But Mac failed.

Still no activation and poor customer support

    What gives at NI?

Despite using the latest Service Centre and having all the correct serial numbers for my Komplete Classics products, I cannot get them activated on my new Mac Pro (they were previously activated on my 2 Imacs).

It took 7 days to get a reply from NI to my initial request fro help, but all I got were the serial numbers which I already had and which didn't work.

I have received no reply yo my second email, and it has been a further 8 days.

    Appalling service.

Can anybody suggest anything. I have unistalled and re-installed. I feel I may have to de-activate a prior activation (only 2 activations allowed) but Ni have removed this option from their website.

    thanks
    David

OK they finally sent me some serials for the piano modules and I think I have figured out the problem. After entering the individual serial numbers I was offered updates to versions 1.1.3 of Akoustic and 1.5 R4 of Elektric. In the readme for each of these updated versions it includes the change 'compatibility with license centre' so it looks like if you have older versions you will have this activation problem. Of course you are not offered these updates until you have activated the products, so how do you overcome this 'catch-22' ? It seems the answer is to enter and (partially) activate Classics, then register your purchase online at the NI website http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=register&L=1. You can then get a personalised list of available updates, you select kompact classics from the drop down and you can then see and download the individual file updates, which will hopefully then activate properly via the service centre. Easy once you know how!
