Komplete Elements materials not displaying in browser

    I've pointed Maschine to the plugins folder and everything is checked, and I can use the plugins manually / the old way, but I can't get any of it to display in the browser. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Komplete Elements, but it hasn't helped. Also ran everything standalone first as was mentioned in related threads.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    The instrument tab is blank when I click it, same problem as the other guy.

    If the sounds do not appear in this area, go to the MASCHINE Preferences and open the tab User Paths. Click the button Rescan. When the scanning process is finished, open the tab Libraries and click Rescan again. When the scanning process is finished, click OK to close the Preferences.

    Im having the same issue. ive done all that i have seen suggested. after setting the path to the vst folder and scanning i see the plugins in the manager but still not in the browser. ive also rescanned the vst folder and then the library folder as suggested. but i still dont see the vst plugins in the browser. any other suggestions. thanks for any help in advance.     BUMP !

    Got the exact same issue's. I've re-scanned a million times and am really unsure what to do hmm.......

    Anyone get this working correctly ? :D

    It's because you're not using Komplete Elements mk2, after downloading that it fixed everything.

    It'd probably be a lot fewer headaches for NI staff and new Maschine customers alike if mk2 showed up as an update in the Service Center, but as it is, it looks like you'll have to PM in for it.

    After about 15 E-Mails and 2 phonecalls they finally send me the right download link (2 files = 1x1mb + 1x3,7gb) i installed it and it works like charm!
