Komplete elements serial number issue

    I recently purchased the maschine mikro mk1 and installed maschine and everything works fine. i later installed komplete elements mk2 which came with mikro and when i go to service center it asks for the serial number of all three programs: Guitar rig 5, Reaktor elements selection and Reaktor spark r2. BUT i only have the serial number for komplete elements on the cd case, not for those three! help!

    contact NI support and they will sort you out.

    I also had problems with my elements serial and support fixed me up within a day of contacting them.

    The Komplete elements serial should take care of you with no need for anything else. Did you enter the serial and activate? If so, did you launch Kontakt and Reaktor standalone? Do they work?

    i entered the komplete serial and it didn't work for any of them, i then ran them standalone and they seem to work but i really want to use them mostly as plug ins for maschine
