Komplete frustration

    Bought Komplete a month and a half ago. i got it for my windows laptop. when i first purchased i had constant download errors for random things like the "Kontakt factory Libary".and i had consant problems with kontakt clipping.. I have now built a computer so i can have more programs and be faster. I uninstalled all previous NI applications from my old laptop. and on my new desktop i installed the service center and komplete downloader. I click on "start download and installs from scratch" and right away all of the komplete 10 plugins all start saying "download error". this is so frustrating considering i bought this package more than a month ago and i even purchased a new computer and i still can not get this working. somebody please help me. from what i know I've done everything i need to so that the downloads should work correctly. i would really appreciate it.

    still no success. It has nothing to do with internet security. i have tried downloading and installing all at once as well as trying to do each one manually. Right as i click start. "Abbey roads drummer" says "download error" almost right away and then it starts going down the list to every other application and one at a time they all start to say "download error". please someobody get me through this. i've read through so many forums all night and still no success. i have sent something to NI but am waiting. I do wish NI offered a refund because ive never had trouble like this before just to get some freaking synths and samplers
