Hi all, bit of a weird one this...

I have K13 Ultimate CE on 2 PCs - one is a desktop with mega-storage (so everything installed!), the other a laptop with a lot less! Hence I have selectively installed only what I need on the laptop.

I was looking today at uninstalling some of the instruments/expansions on the laptop but puzzled why they don't show up in Control Panel --> Uninstall a Program.

Only some of the NI instruments/expansions are shown (mainly the synths) - for example, I have Arkhis installed (& it is shown as such on Native Access) & it works fine in Komplete Kontrol but there's no sign of it in Control Panel.

I've tried reinstalling some of the 'missing' instruments/expansions in the hope that the uninstaller appears, but it doesn't help.

I've checked on my desktop & ALL instruments/expansions are listed in Control Panel.

Native Access shows 86 installed products but Control Panel shows just 18!

So I'm a bit stuck! Anybody have any thoughts?

    Thanks!

Uninstall from native access. Windows will show only applications installed, not every expansion.

Thanks! But I don't see an uninstall option in Native Access, just reinstall.

Also, my desktop PC does indeed show every expansion in Control Panel...

Hi again, yeah thanks I found that page too, but it appears that it's only valid for K11 & below.

The odd thing is that my desktop behaves as expected - every single instrument & expansion is listed in Control Panel. Very odd...
