Solved Komplete Kontrol 2.1 'no sound previews'

I may have got this wrong but I was expecting to hear sound previews in the latest Komplete Kontrol 2.1 update. installed the update but there are no sound previews.. Thanks for any tips.

 

No previews in general for everything? Is pre hear on?

 

I've got previews for Loops and One shots.. But nothing in Instruments - Form, Rounds, Massive and Monarch.. Yes, the pre-hear is on.. Thanks..

 

Okay, I think I've got it now. After reading the info, it seems previews are only available for loops and one shots, not vst synth sounds..?

 

Where did you read that? No. Previews are available for everything in KK. Do you have it installed? Check in Native Access.

 

Thanks. I read it in the details of the Update blow. I'm talking about just the 2.1 update of Komplete Kontrol. I haven't actually got the preview library installed from Native Access, but I thought the previewing of vst synth sounds was now included in the new Komplete Kontrol 2.1 update. I'm a little confused now..
NEW IN KOMPLETE KONTROL 2.1

• Preview each of your samples right in the browser, and then play them immediately with the new built-in sampler. Looped samples will play automatically at the tempo of your host. Drag and drop one-shots and loops straight from your KOMPLETE KONTROL browser to your DAW.

 

For audio previews of plugin instruments install the Previews package from Native Access

The update just adds samples support which naturally don't need extra audio previews installing because they are audio files anyway so it just plays them back in the browser

 

Yeah, thanks. It all makes sense now. I never installed the previews package because it was quite a hefty download size. Think I'll have to though. Cheers..
