Solved komplete kontrol m32 firmware update?

hello:

can anyone point me to information on firmware updates for a kontrol m32, please? ive seen updater/information for other keyboards in the kontrol line (a-series and s-series) but, for whatever reason, information for the m32 has avoided me.

any help would be much appreciated.

Here you can find it, but normally if you open komplete kontrol stand alone it checks for the firmware and initiates an update if needed.

that said, which one do i use for the m32? i saw that page but couldnt determine which one applied to the m32.

The M series update right next to the a series update as far as I know, both are 1.4 and have firmware 0.4.5. If it's wrong it won't flash anyway.

I also just got the M32. I didn't have any issues finding the Firmware Updater, but when I run it, it does not detect my controller. Komplete Kontrol sees it, and it appears as a MIDI device in my DAW, and while the firmware might not even need updating, it would be nice for the updater to recognize it for the future. Also WIndows Device Manager says the drivers aren't installed (despite other programs recognizing it). Maybe this is the reason Updater doesn't see it. But there don't seem to be any actual drivers to download.

Any ideas on this?

 

After installing it's drivers the FW updater will find your M32. => Win10: Go to Optional Updates and install them.
