KOMPLETE Kontrol S25 Issues

    Hi,

    I have just had updates and installed them but now my Keyboard isn`t working (connecting) it worked fine before. Maschine MK2 isn`t showing the keyboard either. I`m on Windows 10 and all was fine yesterday.
    Please help

    I have uninstalled 2 windows 10 updates (latest ones) and for now disabled updates as this has sorted the issue out, everything is working how it should be.

    This kind of makes sense now as when these updates appeared they wouldn`t clear in the turn off / restart area, even when the updating had been done.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue. Everything was working fine a few days ago, and suddenly I can't use my S25 anymore, it's like it's stuck in MIDI mode whatever you do.

    Uninstalling and disabling Windows updates doesn't sound good to me! Any official statement on this issue or should we open a support ticket?
