Komplete Kontrol S49 MKII MIDI Channel change

Hello,

Just bought this nice keyboard controller and after to play with it during one week, I'm wondering if I did the right choice...
I'm could be wrong but it seems that :

1. We can't split the kbd in 2 parts, using different MIDI channel
2. We can't change the Notes/Kbd MIDI channel, only the knobs and switchs

This kbd is supposed to be used alone without the KK application. I can only send notes on channel 1, so how to address my other Midi instruments using channel like 10, 3... ?
How to do that "on the flight" ?
How to do that even using KK application ?

By clicking on the Din icon in KK, it is possible to create different templates but only to modify the knob and switch actions, nothing regarding the Kbd.

There are 2 big screens but when click on the Setup button, the only things displayed are 2 information on the top and 2 choices on the bottom Scaling and Brightness. The poorly Setup I never saw. Why not to include Channel choice there ?
I used various less expensive or embedding less feature, kbd controller where it was possible in a simply manner to change the MIDI channel. So why not with this "so clever" kbd ?

So no answer ? even from Native's guy...
I'm a bit disappointed here. Still no way to change the Midi note message channel ???

I would like to get a clear status of that, at least by Native.

Cannot change MIDI channel on the unit yet.

 

Did you check Controller Editor ?

 

CE doesn't work with MK2.
They are migrating CE into KK software (as Assignment editor).
Should be finished in 2046 : - )
