Komplete Kontrol User Content - can't find .NKI

    Hi Everyone,

    I have added the snapshots from three Kontakt programs I own (Minipoly, Chordscape, and Headphase) so that when I open up KK, I can select them using the KK browser.

    But, each time I run KK, it says, "Content Missing" and "1 File(s) Cannot Be Found" (It's always the .nki file)
    (and it always says "assumed at...")

    How can I permanently fix/change this issue so that I can simply enjoy my instruments rather than fiddling around with the file location every time I run Komplete Kontrol? There has to be a way to show KK where the folder is once so that it will remember...

    Hi - thanks for the tip. I did try this, and it does not work. The file it is having trouble with is the .nki file for each program. This missing .nki file is right there, in the library folder, but KK for some reason cannot find it.

    (I did try to batch-resave this folder, but still no luck)

    I should add that when running Kontakt there are no issues...it's only when using Komplete Kontrol that it can't find the user content for the above three programs...
