Maschine Studio user here and am interested in getting a S49 (or possible S61) for my studio. I was wondering, are you able to split the keyboard up so that half of it is in basic Major (single note playing) and the other half in to play Major Chord (1-3-5 for example)? I know you can key switch but wasn't sure if that is something the keyboard can do?

Thanks for the quick reply. All good, not a deal breaker for me because I think its still an awesome addition to my set up. I assume you have one, how do you like it?

Thats good to hear. So when you set scales in maschine, does transfer to the keyboard also or do you need to set it on the keyboard or vice versa (sorry for the noob questions). I have an Axiom 25 and its literally just a keyboard - nothing more (when using it in maschine). Is yours a 49 or 61?

Dope :). So now the question is...49 or 61, lol. 49 is more than enough keys for any song or track..but

The 61 lets you see the phrase keys in kontakt without going down an octave , but I'm sure u can set maschine to be at that octave whilst leaving the kontrol where it is
