    As I have Komplete already would this just be duplicating the sounds etc?

    Unless you own Komplete 12, you would still benefit from new instruments with Komplete Start.
    Please send me a PM with your account email and I'll try to see why it's not showing up in your NA ;)

    Your Komplete Start is already available in your account and so you might have already installed the product you trying to find.
