why not but you don't get more copy rights. Komplete has a new serial number but you can use only two serial numbers per software, you can use the old number(s) or the new number(s) for REAKTOR but you have only the right to use two copies of REAKTOR.
Service Center controlles your used copies.
If you want to use REAKTOR with new numbers you have to deactivate old serial numbers.

That's not true in this case, herw. If he owns Reaktor and buys Komplete without using Reaktor as a qualifying product for a bundle, he has two Reaktor licenses (four machines). I have multiple licenses for a few NI products myself...

Actually you can now install Komplete 5 in THREE computers.
("All products included within a single edition of KOMPLETE 5 are part of one user license and can only be used as a single entity on a maximum of three computers").

if you use it as a qualifying prduct, as ew said, it would make sense to not get additional licenses. but, if you buy komplete at full price it would be, in my opinion, completely disgusting for them to not give you extra licenses.
