Komplete4 authorisation failure

I recently purchased Komplete4 and have installed it successfully on my main music PC. For the last few days whenever I try to authorise it for my laptop (using offline service centre) I get this message:

Komplete 4 - Absynth 4 not activated
Komplete 4 - Akoustik Piano not activated
Komplete 4 - B4 II not activated
Komplete 4 - Battery 3 not activated
Komplete 4 - Elektrik Piano not activated
Komplete 4 - FM8 not activated
Komplete 4 - Guitar Rig 2 not activated
Komplete 4 An error occurred while processing your request. Our webmaster has been automatically informed and will repair the problem as soon as possible. Please excuse this malfunction. Should you have questions please contact mailto:webmaster@native-instruments.de
Komplete 4 - Kontakt2 not activated
Komplete 4 - Reaktor 5 not activated

Any attempt to activate the software with the returned file fails.

I have not attempted to install or authorise the software anywhere else other than on the PC mentioned above until now.

I contacted tech support on the 23rd but have not heard anything from them yet (28th).

For some reason Komplete4 is also not showing in my 'Manage Registrations' page unlike all my other NI software, although it is showing in my 'Updates' page.

It's getting pretty annoying as I have some important deadlines approaching.

If anyone can shed any light on this I would be very grateful.
