Kontakt 2.20 - Can't reactivate after upgrade!!

    Service centre showing red for installed product (Kontakt) which worked fine before 2.20 upgrade. Now the service centre line remains red and Kontakt will only start in demo mode! Win XP SP2 - Please help! I'm in the middle of mixing an album here!! I've tried service centre and offline activation request file. No use...

    Ive had the same issue..need it to work so i can get WORK done but no response form NI???????

    I have the same problem. It looks like the registration tool is somewhat inconsequent - to my disadvantage. I upgraded my PC (new hard disk) a few months ago and had to reactivate Kontakt - that was to be expected. Now I changed to Windows Vista (again a different hard disk) and again I had to reactivate. This time I needed to deactivate one of my old configurations, which I did. But now the registration tool refuses to activate Kontakt on this computer - maybe it realizes that it is still basically the same machine.
    Calling NI is a good idea - for those who can do it between 10:00 and 18:30 on workdays :-((((
