Kontakt 3 freezing Cubase when loading instruments

hello!
i just bought K3 and while i 've been checking out the library, Kontakt has crashed already 3 times, freezing my Cubase Studio 4. This happens approx. every 10-20 instruments that i load. It doesn't look like it's related to special instruments, but i'm not sure yet.
Cubase Studio 4 had never crashed so far, and other VST plugins (including Battery 3) didn't cause any crashes / freezes.
Am i the only one with this problem ? :<

 

I have the same problem. Kontakt loads ok into a fresh project with no existing tracks, but when I add the vst into an existing project it crashes Cubase with a serious error every time. Just about to apply patch 3.0.2, I'm hoping this will be the answer!

 

I use Sonar 6PE, same thing happened. I just loaded the new K3 update. When I launched K3 it suggested I uncheck the the multi processor box under options because my host is using multi processor. I am now able to load at least 6 instances of K3 plugins ( I quit at that) with no glitches. That may have been my problem. I'm going to work with it today, but I think the problem is solved. Give it a try!
