Kontakt 3 sample load errors...all the time

I recently installed Komplete 5 to my Macbook pro unibody. I'm having some issues... When I try to load an instrument. I get an error box which tells me many or some samples cannot be found. I try some other instrument and I get the same error. I did not do anything fancy I let the installer set all the defaults.I tried the search, but that did not seem to work. Is there a fix for this or do I have to spend another 3-5 hours loading samples again?

 

Well, it's hard to know what caused this issue. You should examine the Samples Missing dialog box in more detail to see where it Kontakt *thinks* the sample locations should be. Then you can either manually move the samples to that place to get rid of all the errors, or you can use Batch Resave to relink them to the new location.

 

Did You Set Your Library Path?

 

I thought I did. Don't you do that in the install process?
