Kontakt 3 service center issue

    I bought Kontakt 3 in October. I was able to install and authorize normally and the program worked. When the update appeared I installed it and since that time the software has reverted to demo mode every time I attempt to use it. I have tried:
    deleting plist files
    obtaining and using latest Service Center
    completely uninstalling and reinstalling from original disks
    installing on a separate hard drive with earlier OS X

    Nothing worked. I got the advice to delete plists from a support person (after the usual 7 day wait). The next time I asked for help I was directed to the phone support line. The last time I used that it cost an hour on the phone (time and money) -- this said to me that free support isn't available to me any more.

    I now have the software uninstalled and it is useless to me. I buy NI products because of their sound, but if I can't hear them what is the value? Does anyone from the forum or NI have a reliable solution for this problem?
