Kontakt 4 and Intakt libraries

Happy Holidays everyone!

I recieved Komplete 6 upgrade (from Komplete 4) as my Christmas gift from my wife this year.

I am very pleased with the upgrades to the programs but I cannot get Kontakt to read my Inkakt libraries. It reads the AP and EP libraries but not Intakt or Konpakt. Is there a step I am missing? Is there a workaround?

I use the Intakt loops a lot and have no trouble with them in Kontakt 2.2.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

As far as i know kontakt 4 can't load intakt library.

The Intakt library won't show up under your libraries tab, but you can load them through the browser. Or, you can add them to your quick load menus; they'll appear there.

ew is right. Kontakt 4 will read Intakt libraries just fine.

 

Many thanks guys! Yeah, I got them to read but not show up in the Libray tab..I was sort of hoping to see a cool Intakt Icon like the ones for AP and EP!


The quick load is a great idea, I will do that.

Can you make your own libraries to go int the Library Tab or is that just for commercial stuff?

When I loaded some EWQLSO Platinum XP Pro sounds (K2) into Kontakt 3.5 , there were some mistakes... . (blending sounds via modwheel, for example)

Is this now solved?

Kontakt 4 does not load sampels from intakt libs

When i try to load sampels fron intakt libs i get a file not found message.
