Kontakt 5.0.2 update crashed AU manager

I've downloaded the Kontakt 5.0.2 update and the Abby Road 70's drums update. Now the AU manager crashes when it tries to validate the plugin. It has occurred numerous times. I have rebooted to no avail. Kontakt runs fine in standalone mode.

I'm using OSX 10.6.8 on a 2 x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel xeon PowerMac with 8GB of RAM. Logic 9.1.6

Help! I'm dead in the water!

I still can't get 5.0.2 to validate. I've re-downloaded everything and re-installed.

I also created a Ticket

Running Logic in 64-bit mode fixed my problem!

how do i set logic to run in 64-bit mode? Kontakt 5.0.2 after downloading and installing new abbey road drummer updates crashed maschine numerous times... doing the ticket thing. Definitely need this problem to be resolved
