Kontakt 5.7.1 Impossible to add external Library

Hello, (excuse my english)

I try to add Library from other company (like Soundiron) in Kontakt 5.7.1 but I'm stuck. I try to follow this tutorial, but I do not have the line with "Add Library" that they indicate in step 3. I look everywhere in Native Access" but there is no "Add Library" anywhere" !!!!!?????!!!!!

I also try the solution in this french video made by Native but :

1) They have a button call "Add Library" I do have a button call "Manage Library" and
2) When i clic on Manage Library it open Native Access (that do not have any "Add library" anywhere as I mentioned). In the video it open a folder and they simple add the external Library (that is much more simple)
Note : they remove the opportunity to comment, so we can not discuss the subject and the solution under the video

I also read this subject, but there is no solution for 5.7.1, they're just talking about the first tutorial I mentioned and that's all ! But as i sayed, there is no Add Library in Native Access anywhere !!!!!

Is there something i do wrong ???

 

What's the name of the library you are trying to add, exactly?

In general, for using Soundiron libraries in Kontakt, have a look at the Native Instruments Kontakt Format section here: https://soundiron.com/apps/help-center

 

Add Library functionality is deprecated now. You can only add them via Native Access and entering the serial number for the library, then browse to the library folder. If the library doesn't have a serial number, you cannot have it in Libraries tab, simple as that.

Why they did this ? Why make things more complicated when you can do simple ?

I have like 40 external bank + the one of NI, it's preety boring to use the "explorer" is there anyway to have short cut and to see all the external bank we have, with one simple double clic it open it (like the library tab) !? (i hope i am clear enaph)

The old Add Library functionality depended on the old Service Center, which is as of this moment deprecated for the latest NI software (Komplete 9 onwards). Native Access is the new software manager that NI will use from now on, so the procedure has changed.

You cannot shortcut this. You have to go one by one. But this was also the case with the old Add Library method - you couldn't add more than one library at once.

 

Ok guys i found the solution, that's quite what i was looking for in this video (i even prefer because the library tab is to big (they should do small icones)

 

Yep, quickload is pretty cool.

 

I have to go in the several folder and add drag manualy each instrument in the quickload (because i dont want folder but just the instrument in a long list). It would be great if Kontakt was smarter, but once it's done it's done !
