Kontakt 5 Serial Number Not Working (Error 1017)

    Ok probably the wrong place to post this maybe as it's to do with serial numbers etc, but just got off the phone with the technical support and they said uninstall Kontakt / Kontakt Player and re-install Kontakt 5 from my Komplete 10 package which I am currently doing but I suspect that probably won't work. Has anyone got any tips on what the problem might be? I've emailed the support too, two days ago, and haven't had a reply yet. This customer support is the worst I've encountered from any company and really makes me think twice about spending £389 on a NI product again!


    EDIT: Ok re-installing it actually worked, honestly didn't expect it to!
