    Hi,
I've installed Berlin Concert Grand sound pack (download version) for Kontakt Player 3.5.0.025. I installed the sound files on my external Lacie drive. The installer said installation was successful. The Berlin Concert Grand shows up in the Kontakt Library, but when I try to load any patch I get the following error message...

"This patch is corrupt and cannot be loaded" (see attached screen shot).

I downloaded the .zip file again (using Opera instead of Firefox this time), deleted the original sounds folder and reinstalled. Once again it seemed to install OK, but still get the error message when I try to load a patch. This error appears whether in standalone mode or plugin mode (Digital Performer). I'm using a MacBook pro Leopard 10.5.6OSX 4Gb RAM 2.5GHz.

Can anyone help please, it's frustrating buying the software and not being able to use it. I've raised a support ticket but there's been no answer and I couldn't find a similar thread on these forums.

Here's hoping someone can help, cheers guys,
    Nixxi

    Solved

    Hi guys,
Problem solved. In case anyone else has a similar problem, it appears that you cannot use Berlin Concert Grand in Kontakt Player 3.5. I downloaded Kontakt Player version 4 and all appears to be working. Hope this saves someone else three days of frustration!

    Keep on proggin',

Yes, you only need the free Kontakt 4 Player for the pianos to work... it doesn't work on 3.5 Player. There was no mention of this when I bought the Berlin Concert Grand so hope this helps someone if they have the same problem.

Great useable piano sounds for the money in my opinion.

    Cheers,

It was mentioned in the "system requirements" on the individual piano product pages from day one, actually.
