    Hello!

I recently got a new ssd and transferred all my Kontakt libraries to it. Everything seemed to work fine, all the file paths are fixed and the libraries load correctly in new projects.
The issue comes when I try to load my Production template, Kontakt spits out a "Some Instances could not be recalled correctly" message. Well, no big deal i thought I'd just go through the process of locating the missing (now moved) files. It works fine for a awhile but then the little dialog box disappears and Kontakt, along with the host DAW completely freezes and has to be force quit.

I've gone through all the steps provided by NI on Kontakt crashing by none of them helped.

Tested on Cubase 11, FL Studio 20 and Pro Tools, they all crash in the exact same manner.

    OS is windows 10.

Even if I press the "ignore" button, it causes a freeze and crash.

Help would be much appreciated since the only way i see of fixing it is rebuilding my template, which will take weeks.. =(

Depending on the amount of missing content, the search for it can take a while and miht look like a freeze (rather than a crash). Give it time.

It definitely is a crash because it'll say " not responding" in task manager and become unresponsive. FL does its signature move of going gray while cubase outright freezes. I left it on for 5 hours to no avail.

Which Kontakt version? If you haven't, can you update to 6.6.0 and check?

Unfortunately i'm not at home until friday, but what i can tell you is that it happens on all projects created before my ssd switch.
The project will load but kontakt wont load any non access libraries.
As soon as i open one instance of kontakt, the "find missing content" menu opens.
If i click the "ignore" button, kontakt instantly crashes taking the host daw with it.
If i select a folder, it'll do the search for a while, find a few of them but then the menu box disappears and kontakt crashes, once again taking the host daw with it.

I am facing the same problem using my template on Nuendo 11, Kontakt 6.6.0 VST3, Windows 10 Pro latest version. I can not open my few days old projects now.

Okay. I may have found a workaround on this issue. In my template for Nuendo and the recent projects, I Disabled all tracks containing Kontakt and Enabled them one by one. It takes a lot of time as I have to do it in every project involving Kontakt instruments but they are working now. It may work the same in Cubase.
