Kontakt Freezes With White Screen after Closing

Hi,
The past week end, I've upgraded to Komplete 12 Ultimate. Since then, when I close the edit instrument window in Cubase (from an instrument track of kontakt), a white creen shows up and it takes around 8-15 seconds for the kontakt window to close. As you might guess, this affects my workflow. I'm using Cubase pro 10.5. Also this happens even though I have only one instrument track active. Everything worked fine prior to the upgrade and my video card driver is up to date (no recent update). Anybody knows what I can do with that?

I ran into the same behavior yesterday. It suddenly appeared while I worked on a project in Cubase 10.5. everything else works fine, but when I close Kontakt it takes up to 20 seconds showing a white screen.
Reinstalling Kontakt didn't help.
Does anyone have a hint on this one?

I didn't know how much this would affect me till it happened now. I'm simply not able to work anymore, since it eats up horrible amounts of time and drives me completely nuts.

So every idea would be highly appreciated.

Just in case that sumbody else stumbles upon this really annoying behavior:

Deleting the folder C\users\name\Appdata\local\Native instruments\Kontakt solved the problem.

 

When I delete this folder, I will also delete my quickload template.
So I tried to delete everything but copied my quickload template. Then, I put the saved template back to the new "Kontakt" folder without success.

The white window appears nearly everytime when I close Kontakt in Cubase for about 10 seconds.
This is so annoying.
The same issue appears with Cubase 10.5. when closing Kontakt.

I also tried to save my quickload and then recopy it, but the problem appears again, saddly.
