Solved Kontakt Full and Kontakt 5 player

    Hi All,

    I already have Komplete with Full Kontakt 4. I wish to install the Kontakt 5 Player.

    Am I right to install KP5 in the same folder as Full Kontakt 4.

    Should I expect any problems running Kontakt or my plug ins afterwards?

    My appreciation to anyone who can comment on the above.

    Yes, you should be OK. Your host will see them as different plug-ins. and there will be separate standalone programs too. Keep the sounds libraries separate, though.

    Also definitely don't install Kontakt 5 in the same folder where Kontakt 4 is. Give them separate folders, it's how it's meant to be.
